MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Becoming a member of Armadillo Resort is an exciting step. To be a member, you must be at least 18 years of age. All offspring of current members must apply for a Jr. Membership upon graduation from high school when they are 18. This will apply to all children of the Member that fall in the "college age" (18-25).
We do ask that you please visit the club no less than 3 times before submitting an application for Membership. We want to make sure you will be happy here as a member of Armadillo Resort for a long time to come!
A simple procedure has been established to make applying for membership an easy process.
1. Fulfill visitation limits (3).
2. See the Office Manager for an application.
3. Fill out the application and return it with your non-refundable $25.00 application fee to the office.
4. The office will process your application by running the necessary credit check, background check, and interview Members who have had interaction with you during your required visitations.
5. Await for notification from the office for your scheduled appointment to meet with the Owners and Management.
6. After your interview (and within 24 hours) you will be notified of approval or denial of your membership application.
If approved, your membership anniversary date begins upon approval. A full payment of Membership fees is expected unless an alternative payment plan has been discussed with the Office. Also, a six-month probationary period for you begins. During this period, you and the established members have a chance to get more acquainted. This will allow time to decide if your decision was the right one. During this probationary period, if the decision to become a member proves to be the incorrect choice, the unused portion of your membership fee will be refunded to you.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
$600.00 per year. As a Member, you will no longer be required to pay the $30.00 Gate Fee. You are granted unlimited visits through the 12 months of your active Membership. One AANR Membership is included in the Membership Dues if you indicate you wish this to be so.
MONTHLY SITES
For our members, we have sites for monthly lease and also for residency. New members (still within their 6 month probationary period) may not seek a Monthly Site. See the Office Manager for additional information.
Monthly Site:
This site is non-permanent.
Modifications cannot be made to the site including but not limited to: Building a deck, Building a cover over trailer, Building a Storage Facility, etc. without a Signed Permit from the Office.
$100.00 per month plus electricity.
$50.00 additional per month for Full-Time Residency in Monthly site.
RESIDENCY RATES
You must be a member prior to applying for residency. New members (still within their 6 month probationary period) may not seek a Monthly Site.
First month site rent will be due at Lease signing.
Resident Site:
$150.00 per month plus electricity.
$50.00 additional per month for Full-Time Residency in Resident site.
