GENERAL RULES

These rules have been established by the Owners of The Armadillo Resort.
The right is retained to add, amend, and/or delete rules with little or no notice.

1  Everyone must sign in upon entering Armadillo Resort.

2  All Guests must sign a "Release of Liability" and have proper I.D. to be allowed on Armadillo Resort grounds.

3  Courtesy is expected.  Behavior deemed to be socially unacceptable may result in refusal or cancellation of your stay at Armadillo Resort.

4  Cameras, Camera Phones, or Video Recording Equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited on Armadillo Resort Grounds.  (The exception is with Management's permission for special events.  At which time an announcement will be made that a camera will be used.)

5  A shower must be taken before entering the pools or hot tub.

6  Nudity is mandatory in the pools and hot tub.

7  A towel must be used at all times while sitting on chairs or benches.

8  Glass containers are not allowed inside the gated pool area.

9  Smoking is not permitted on the dance floor, in the pools, or in the hot tub.

10  Cigarette butts must be disposed of in proper receptacles.

11  All sites (rented or permanent) must be kept clean at all times.

12  Campfires or Fire pits are not allowed.

13  Illegal substances, fire arms, excessive drunkenness, offensive lewd behavior and child molestation will be dealt with immediately and handed over to the proper authorities if so dictated.

14  Solicitation (of any type) is not allowed on Armadillo Resort grounds.

15  Armadillo Resort has a speed limit of 10 miles per hour.

16  Motorized vehicles must be driven by licensed drivers only.

17  Quite hours are from 2:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

18  Acts of violence and/or situations of a threatening nature will not be tolerated.  Reviewed incidents may result in Membership termination.  Guests may be banned from the grounds.

19  “Towel Reserved” Seating is not allowed in the Barn for any occasion.

RULES REGARDING MINORS

20  Minors (17 yrs. old and under): Minors must be supervised by their Parent/Guardian at all times.

21  Minors (17 yrs. old and under): Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for their minor's safety, as well as, any damage to the club amenities or facilities.

22  Minors (17 yrs. old and under): Minors are not allowed at the pool, hot tub, restaurant, clubhouse, or store without responsible adult supervision.

23  Minors (17 yrs. old and under): Curfew for all minors is 10:00 PM.

24  Minors (17 yrs. old and under): No photographs of any kinds are to be taken of minors without Parent/Guardian permission.  Parent/Guardian must be present at time photo(s) is/are taken.

25  Minors/Young Adults (20 yrs. old and under): Underage drinking will not be tolerated.  Young Adults and minors caught drinking adult beverages will be asked to leave and the County Sheriff will be notified.

26  Young Adults (20 yrs. old down to 18 yrs. old): Young Adults must be with a Parent/Guardian at the dances.

RULES REGARDING PETS

27  All pets must be on a leash/lead at all times.

28  Pet owners are responsible for the actions of their pets and must dispose of pet's waste appropriately.

29  Pets are not allowed in the gated pool area, dance hall, or kitchen.

RULES RELATING TO MEMBERS/RESIDENTS

30  All Invoices must be paid Before or On the Invoice Due Date.
An Invoice Due Date is 15 days from the Invoice Date.  A $20.00 late fee will apply ON the sixteenth day. This will apply to each late invoice, separately. (Changes to take place as of May 1. 2013)

31  A $35.00 charge will apply to all returned checks. (Changes to take place as of May 1, 2013)

32  All Residents and Members must sign a "Release of Liability" and have proper I.D. to be allowed on Armadillo Resort grounds.

33  Full-time and Part-time Permanent sites must be kept and orderly.

34  Full-time and Part-time sites must be kept mowed.  If not maintained, Armadillo Staff will mow your lot and a $20.00 charge will be added to your bill.

35  All building or improvements of any kind must have Management permission.

36  Hot tubs or small pools will not be allowed on personal sites.

37  A 3 ft. easement must be kept between all lots.

38  Only Armadillo Resort staff will be allowed in the Kitchen.
